::ErinHeartsCourt::

I have been obsessing over this wedding for weeks now.
The colors are divine.
The dress is gorgeous!
And I love, love, love the fall details
like the pumpkins and berries.

Just freakin amazing.
the end.

I know, I know..

I just spend a whole post talking about Marc Jacobs and
you are probably sick of hearing about my obsession,
but come on now people, have you seen this purse?

My heart started beating faster the first time I saw it.
I think i need an intervention.

as my three year old friend Ryker would say, this is go-juss!

I have to say, one thing that makes me weak in the knees is wedding day simplicity.
This bride is so gorgeous and yet she looks so natural and her dress/hair/makeup are so simple!

love. love. love.

While we are on the subject...

My mom always says that my taste exceeds my budget and I will be the first to totally agree with her.
For instance, my love of marc jacobs' purses has become quite out of control recently.

For christmas my family got me the crossbody marc that I wanted and I was so so excited!
I had to put away the marc I bought myself last year in it's little bag in my closet but am loving my new gift!

While pursuing on the bloomingdales website, (I have a $25 gc that I can't seem to use because its $25 dollars and nothing at bloomingdales fits into that budget), I came across this beauty...

I try to control myself around finely crafted leather goods,
but this one has got me all fluttery in the belly!

mmmmmm.

scrumptious

Pure Badgley Mischka Goodness.
I. NEED. THESE.

Now, lets get one thing straight.
I love Christopher Walken.
But when I say love I mean it as in,
"I love him in that fatboyslim video and
as an old man who plays funny roles in films."

But today all of that has changed.
Seeing this vintage wonder for the first time has changed my life.

What a hot piece of man!
Yum.

ok- i'm done drooling now.

PEOPLE I LOVE: INSTALLMENT 3

Ok: So it's been months since my last installment but I figured on this rainy, deliciously scrumptious day I would get back to it! Corinne and I met when I started working as an assistant at Salon Laurent. After we moved to SD Corinne and I kept in contact and when we moved back to Irvine a couple years later we started hanging out even more!

We have had so many fun times together over the last four years and I just dont know what I would do without her in my life!

August 2008 she moved with us to Orange and it has been awesome living together. For once there is two against one (we take over the TV on tuesdays for Biggest Loser!) and we get to gossip in the kitchen or anywhere else whenever we want to since she lives right down the hallway!

She has gone to the gym with me 100 milion times and even when one of us is unmotivated the other one will kick their ass until they get in the car and go! Usually our conversations on the way to the gym go something like this:

1: im tired, I dont want to work out
2: me either. let's just go eat instead
1: we cant, we need to go work on our cellulite!
2: you're right. ugh, ok.
(drive in, park)
1: don't make me get out!
2: hahahahahaha we're such fatties.

Things that remind me of Corinne:

* jillian michaels
* cats
* squeeky gym shoes
* pumpkins
* bernie bots weird flavored jelly beans
* green stripes
* diet coke
* sushi
* n*sync
* hummus
* hard boiled eggs
* sex and the city!
* twilight (she is obsessed)

Love you Coco!
I am so proud of you for going back to school!
Can't wait for you to be a nurse!

It's official!

As you probably know from my last post, this was one of my new years resolutions so I figured I would get right on it and sign up now before it gets more expensive (and to keep me on track!).
Even just entering my credit card number gave me butterflies in my stomach - all the feelings of my race in october came flooding back and I feel really excited and nervous and ready to train!

Wish me luck! It will be a long four months of training before May 2nd!

New Year's Resolutions...

This picture has nothing to do with what I am about to blog, I just thought it was kick ass and wanted to share it with you guys. Also, I feel like blog entries are so boring and depressing if they don't have a photo pal to share the post with. On that note - as the title already reveals, this post is about new year's resolutions.

Normally I am not big into making resolutions for new years because I feel like I am making them all year long so new years is not any particularly special time to make new ones, but this year seems a little different for a few reasons.

1. The first reason is that I am graduating at the end of this year!!! Ahhh, these past three years have flow by since the day I decided to go back to school and I am still in denial that it is going to come to an end faster that I am ready for. My school new year's resolution is to stay focused and energetic through this last year of studying and stress and finish strong with really good grades.

2. As most of you know, my weight loss journey has been going on for the last couple of years and now I am pretty much nearing the finish line, which can be tricky. I feel pretty good at the weight I am at, but I am SO close to reaching my goal weight! It's easy to cheat more when all of your clothes are fitting really well and you feel like you will always look like this, but I know I have a little bit more hard work ahead of me. So my fitness new year's resolution is to lose the last 8 lbs and reach my goal weight! Another fitness resolution I am setting for myself is to complete another half marathon. Unfortunately Zak and I don't have proper finances to fly to Austin in february for me to run in the Austin Marathon, so I will have to find one a little closer to home. But either way, I am determined to run another one. I have been thinking about this a lot and I think that I want to try to run atleast one every year as a way of staying committed to my health and just as a goal to always have in the back of my mind.

3. This june 19th will be Zak & I's 5 year anniversary. When I look back on our relationship I noticed that I used to do/make a lot more cool stuff for him and put more time into showing him what he means to me than I do now, so I thought it would be a cool love new year's resolution to make a commitment to doing something really special for our anniversary this year. I have no idea what it will be yet, but hopefully I come up with something really cool. part of this resolution will be to save money for said project so that I will be able to pull it off when the time comes.

4. My money new year's resolution is obvious and simple: SAVE MORE. I dont make a ton of money and I always have bills to pay, but I know that even if I save $5 bucks a week, thats still $ 240 more at the end of the year that I would have saved. I need to just start practicing the habit of saving so I can get better at it, and worry more about that then how much I am actually saving.

5. My friendship/family new year's resolution is to spend more time telling/showing the important people in my life how much I care about them and what they mean to me. Life gets busy and hectic and sometimes we forget the little things that mean so much. Even if it's just a quick phone call or a post-it note stuck to their car window, I want to make the effort!

Ok, that's enough for now. I'm sure I could come up with more but I think this is a good list so far. What resolutions are all of you making?! Any similar ones to mine?

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Wow - I can't believe its 2010 already! We had a great new years last night just hanging out with a small group of friends. I have never been one for going out and going crazy so it's nice now to be older and actually have other people to just spend a night in with. This past year has been crazy. I feel like everyone is sending off 2009 in a hurry because they say it has been a bad year, but I would have to say that personally it has been pretty good for me. Zak graduated, which was awesome! I have been in school the whole time, which I love. And overall my family has been healthy and happy despite the economy taking a dump. But I do have a good feeling about 2010! We started it off right last night, and it will end next year with me graduating from Chapman so how could it turn out bad right?! Well, enough talking... now, for your viewing pleasure - a year in recap through pictures!

I hope everyone has an amazing 2010 filled with lots of love!
Thank you to all my friends and family who made this last year
so much fun! I love you guys!
