First 5k: check.

So, results are in and my time was 31:58 for my first 5k. Nothing to be ashamed of, but definitly will be improved by my next one!

They are the same shoes I was wearing before, but those were like three years over due to be thrown away. So now my ankles and knees will thank me while I'm running.

If all goes well, my new training plan says I should be down to my goal weight by Aug 30th! Fingers crossed - If i hit my weight I'm going to throw a huge party and probably eat a hamburger but it will feel damn good to be 45 lbs lighter!!

My running adventure.

This is me, last summer with two herniated discs in my lower back. Three months of physical therapy and several thousand dollars later I was feeling pretty darn close back to my old self. About a month ago I decided to start training for a half marathon in October. My biggest concern is my stinkin back and its frail, old person issues. Tomorrow I am running my first 5k! yay! I am so excited! keep your fingers crossed for my crazy body. it needs as much tlc & love as it can get. hahaha I just hope it's still my friend after I put it through 13.1 miles a couple months from now! Thats all for now. I have to wake up at 5:15 and its past my bedtime...

I miss this..

Once upon a time i had short hair. I have been missing it the last couple weeks since it has gotten hotter and the 10 lbs of hair on my head has become a burden. literally. I found these pictures on my photobucket and was tempted for just a second to chop it all off. My mother would kill me though, so I contained myself. haha.

Four Year Anniversaries are Like Sticky Buns on a Sunday Morning in January.

This friday will officially commemorate mine & Zak's fourth year together. wow- thats crazy to say. Time has flow by, but then when I look back SO much has happened since we first started dating. In honor of us still being crazy, insanely in love I will make a photo tribute to him with stuff starting from the beginning!

My mom got married this weekend and it was a blast! Everything turned out beautifully and overall it was just a fun, fun day. I will just stop talking now and post pictures instead...

352 Center Street <3

Ok- so Sarah informed me today that my blog has been sucking lately because I am too lazy to post anything new. In honor of me being a slacker and of the fact that all of the residents who live at 352 Center Street are amazing I am on, and posting. By chance/luck/fate, etc.. I met these four at the beginning of this semester and although its only been a few months they all have become great friends so I thought I would make a post just for them to show them how much I love them. Ps: all of them are graduating in three weeks and leaving me. :(




First up, Craig. The most hard working, focused, sweetest person in the world. This summer he will be moving on to go to grad school in Maryland. whoohoo! (well, exciting for him.. sad for us) Craig is the first person I want to be around when we decide to have a dance party and the last person I want to be moving, but I know he is moving on to bigger and better adventures!!!







Ashley, yes.. i know.. this is only a picture of sarah resting her head on Ashley's hinney, but if you think her rear end its gorgeous, wait till you see her face! hahahaha The second picture I put on, and Ashley knows exactly why.. hahahahaha she is my "were freaks and keep a wedding file even though were not engaged" buddy. She is our little mommy who takes care of all of us and makes us cookies. haha Ashley is leaving to move to NY to be with her beau, and I am going to miss her like crazy!






Jenna, Jenna, Jenna.... I love her because she is always telling me how great my poetry is, even if it really isn't that great.. haha and because she is always eating so many sour patch kids! She is the most gorgeous person, and couldn't look bad even if she tried! I will forever laugh when I think about you in those silver sparkley spandex dancing to single ladies... hahaha <3



Sarah. my love. She is the sunshine in my life because I dont think there is ever a day when we are not laughing about something (well, i mostly cry.. i cant help it, it just happens when i laugh hahaha) I dont know what else to say except that if she ever moves away from me I will shrivel up and die from saddness. ps: she has the best white girl ghetto booty you will ever, ever see! pss: Hissss Psss: nooow? now? hok.. noooowwww?
